Select all up to 15 files. If it's more than 15 files you will need to do it in increments of 15 or less. Right click on any of them and choose 'send to'.

I've searched online and there is a reference to open Advanced in the Adobe Acrobat menu bar, click on Document Processing and then to Batch Processing. I'm using Acrobat DC Pro and do not have this option.
