The built-in Microsoft Print to PDF application can combine multiple pictures into one multipage PDF file: Select the pictures in File Explorer, Right-click any of them, Select Print from the context menu. Select 'Microsoft Print to PDF' from the printer dropdown.

May 20, 2013 · What I have done so far ...1. highlighted both files 2. double-clicked to see them together in Preview. This is where I do not know what to do next. I have tried "save" but I don't have a merged document that I can find anywhere. Please advise. Or merge the original documents into one then create the PDF.
Jun 1, 2021 · I don't see a print dialogue, only a save file dialogue once I click on print, and there's a separate save file dialogue for each file I selected. Multiple guides online say that selecting multiple files, right clicking and selecting Print will merge them into one. I have personally experienced this behaviour before with images on Windows 10.
Nov 1, 2021 · I have tried both the built-in "Windows Fax and Scan" app and the "Windows Scan" app from the Windows Store. Neither of them will scan multiple pages to a PDF file which seriously is the most basic requirement for a scanner app in 2022. I think the only solution would be to find a 3rd-party app. I'm going to look for one now.
