Nov 16, 2016 · An Excel Table can use structured table references instead of cell addresses, so the labels in the first row of the table now serve as a name reference for the data in the column. If you have an Excel Table in your sheet (Excel 2007 and later) and scroll down, the column letters will be replaced with the column headers for the table column.
To change the column headings to letters, select the File tab in the toolbar at the top of the screen and then click on Options at the bottom of the menu. When the Excel Options window appears, click on the Formulas option on the left. Then uncheck the option called " R1C1 reference style " and click on the OK button.
