Jan 7, 2014 · Already out of family view (put in the PIN to get the red Family View tab) but when I go to Account Details, it asks "Adults, enter your PIN below to exit Family View." Entered PIN but it just refreshes the page, doesn't give a wrong pin message or anything.

By requesting recovery mail, you’ll be able to receive an email that includes a link to disable the Family View mode on your Steam account.
