Nearby sharing in Windows lets you share documents, photos, links to websites, and more with nearby devices by using Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. You can share files between PCs that are running Windows 10 or Windows 11.
To share a file or folder over a network in File Explorer, do the following: Right-click (or long-press) a file, and then select Show more options > Give access to Specific people. Select a user on the network to share the file with, or select Everyone to give all network users access to the file.
Enable nearby sharing on both devices: Make sure that both devices are set up for nearby sharing. On each device, select Start > Settings > System > Shared experiences , and make sure Nearby sharing option is enabled.

Swift Pair in Windows 10 lets you quickly pair a supported Bluetooth device with your PC. If the Bluetooth device supports Swift Pair, you’ll receive a notification when it's nearby and you put it into pairing mode to make it discoverable.
On the PC you’re projecting from, select Windows logo key + K and select the PC you’d like to connect to. Or you can search for Cast in the Windows Search bar, then select Connect to a wireless display. On the Display settings page, under Multiple displays, select Connect to a wireless display, then select Connect.
To share a printer from the PC that the printer is connected to (the primary PC) with secondary PCs that the printer is not connected to, you must set up sharing settings for the printer, connect the printer to the primary PC (either wirelessly or by using a USB cable), and then turn on the printer.
