Mar 21, 2022 · First, I completely understand promotions and trying to get new customers to use your product, however what I do not understand is why you would offer them a cheaper rate after the promotion is over than what an existing customer is paying. I have the xtra package.

Apr 9, 2020 · I'm trying to determine how to reduce my DirecTV bill. It's almost IMPOSSIBLE to compare channel lineups unless you're sitting at a desktop computer. I'd like a PRINTABLE channel comparison, and I need to know the current pricing of the different packages for EXISTING customers.
