Aug 31, 2010 · So, if you want to combine two 8.5" x 11" PDFs into a 17" x 11" PDF, create a blank PDF measuring 17" x 11". Then with your Blank PDF open, go to the "Document" menu and "Background" > "Add/Replace". For "Source" choose the page you want on the left and pick that PDF file setting the horizontal position at 0 from left.

Jul 26, 2016 · Go to Tools> Print Production> Prefilght> FixUps (blue wrench icon)> Pages. Select Scale pages to specified size. Go to the little fly-out menu and duplicate the prefilght, give it a new name. Click on Edit, to change the desired final trim size and the method used to get to this size (scale, white border, etc.) Click on Fix to apply the change.
Feb 27, 2020 · The original form is 3 pages; the 3rd page is not necessary, so we eliminate that one on each PDF. Then combining at the end of that process, so each form has 2 pages, and the tool duplicates the 1st form 133 times. Flatten the form fields before you combine the files. Or combine the files as a portfolio.
Aug 14, 2012 · After placing, you can crop the PDF pages in InDesign by dragging the bounding box handles (the handles which surround the PDF, which is treated like a graphic). After placing and cropping your PDFs, choose File > Export > Adobe PDF (in CS5 or 6, choose File > Export > Adobe PDF (Print) to create a new PDF.
Jun 18, 2010 · Acrobat's combine feature to merge files into one PDF does not provide a page size "editor". Likely a cleaner work flow if the input files had page size adjusted by their native application. Once done, use combine to merge into the single PDF. You may find this is (over all) easier than using the Crop Tool resize features.
Jun 5, 2017 · When I combine pdfs into one "Binder" often the pages appear in different sizes although everything began as 8 1/2 x 11" paper. Is there a method for making all pages of a pdf the same size. It does not present a very professional appearance - looks kind of dorky.

Apr 16, 2018 · Select all of the pages in one of the folders and duplicate them, while still selected, move the duplicated pages into the other folder of pages, the page order of the combined folder will be Doc 1 copy, Doc 1, Doc 2 copy, Doc 2, Doc 3 copy, Doc 3 etc. File> Create> Combine files into single pdf, navigate to the combined folder.
