Windows 10 build 21337 was part of the Insider Dev channel, but there's currently no longer a way to get this build for Windows 10 until Microsoft releases it as a public build in the unknown future.

Apr 12, 2022 · I have a couple of questions about the Bing Wallpaper App. First, does the app have to be running for the "daily refresh" feature to work? Also, in the background settings window, the 5 default background images have been replaced by some Bing App images. Are they gone? Where can I find them if I choose to disable or remove the Bing App? Thanks.
