  2. May 3, 2023 · Patients switched from ADALAT PA 10 or 20 to ADALAT XL therapy should receive an initial dosage of ADALAT XL no higher than 30 mg once daily, based on previously prescribed dosing regimen. If clinically warranted, the dosage of ADALAT XL should be increased to 60 mg once daily.
