Aug 15, 2022 · This is not a problem on my Windows 10 Surface Pro. 2) Some websites I try to access on my Windows 11 laptop respond with "403 - Forbidden: Access is denied". Again, this this is not a problem in my windows 10 Surface Pro. I've modifying my site permissions, flushing dns cache, flushing history/cookies/etc. to no avail. Help.
