They seem to have a lot of material, but I haven't found anything terrible about them yet and I haven't looked through enough of their material to know if they're promoting the best practices. They're also not connected to W3C, but I figured I would ask before totally ignoring their resources.

I'm new to C#, been playing around with it for around a month now & I've really enjoyed doing it. I just finished off all 150 exercises from here. I've saved all my results in GitHub in case anyone is interested in seeing it.
