This pic was taken using my phone at 100% brightness in a completely dark environment. Is the blacklight bleed on it too much?

The bleed can be described as a light version of the screen background and is visible only at the first 5mm or so from the bezels, nearly uniformly. I hope you can see it in the attached pictures.
