The > at the end should limit it to the address in the from field, which is formatted like "From: display name<alias@ domain.ru>.

You can try to recover it but from what I've seen here when the account has been changed to rambler.ru the account is lost. Help with the Microsoft account recovery form - Microsoft Support. RP.
