Yes its plug and play but make sure the game supports controllers as well for exmple if a game doesn't support an xbox controller then this controller won't work but most PC games do support it so i wouldn't worry. and bonus tip if you press the back button and A together you can adjust the lights and enable breathing mode of the RGB.
I have the Redgear Pro controller and I did not have to install any specific driver for it. Win10 default driver works fine. I don't think these require separate drivers. I have both logitech and an unbranded one and they do not need any separate drivers for normal games. You can ask in amazon answers to confirm.
Jan 20, 2022 · Vibration only works on compatible games for eg GTA 5 which has an option for vibration. Maybe check the settings for vibration option. I have played a lot of games only few games have an option for vibration. Thanks. I tried it out with F1 2020 and vibration works.

If you are planning of buying the Xbox controller I'd highly recommend getting rechargeable batteries and charger as it uses AA batteries. Normal AA batteries last for around 10-14hrs at best. If you are get a PS4 controller you'll need a 3rd party program to configure your controller to your PC, plus there are a lot of complaints regarding customers getting unoriginal controllers so just be cautious.
