Install game, update and dlc pkg from "settings/debug settings/game/package install" option. Enjoy playing the game with dlc!

Note!: You still need to own your games and/or have a license for the content you wish to launch. Retail PKGs can be game demos, full games and updates (from orbispatches), as long as you have the disc and/or license.
