PRICE was developed with a provision to dynamically generate the Data Book-based on CPWD Data and Delhi Schedule of rates (DSOR or DSR) which is inherited from DPAR 2012 (Delhi Plinth Area Rates).
Core activities of the Department are focused on providing Irrigation facilities, Flood control including prevention of beach, erosion, water conservation, Inter State water sharing, providing infrastructure for Inland water ways to facilitate water transport.

Project Information & Cost Estimation (PRICE) software is a revolutionary initiative of Government of Kerala which aims to unify the work methodology, rates across the state irrespective of Department and Organizations who uses public money for infrastructure works.
The rates in PRICE has been updated to DSR 2018 with the latest Cost Index published with effect from 01.11.2021. The rates are exclusive of GST. Provision for inclusion of GST in PRICE software is also incorporated. Read more
