I followed the instructions in the email and tried to book an appointment for my spouse's passport submission. Now I'm stuck at a stage where it asks to upload the request letter. Traditionally, applicants were getting pdf attached to the email which they used to upload.

Mar 15, 2022 · Thanks. go to vfs india site n locate passport submission ( this link works only when accessed from india) key in your postal code, if serviceable you get space to enter address and othe details. after that make payment. you will receive email with awb numbers and instructions. prepare the passport for pickup as instructed.
