Oct 28, 2023 · Another one is doing Geography in September and is starting at the same campus (NTU has various campus's across notts ie clifton, mansfield city and Brackenhurst). Brackenhurst is the geography ecology and animal sciences right on the other side of Nottingham to us and its 3 bus journeys, so shes gone to live in the city since its only one bus from there to the campus 🙂 So she has a few friends and hopes to make a few more who are on her course.
Apr 10, 2024 · hello, I firmed NTU as my first choice 3 days ago and have received emails comfirming my place and NTU ID however I don't have a password or wasnt't given one and when I get redirected to the password manager page I'm unsure what to put since there is no reset password button. Oct 4, 2017 · NTU is in the heart of the city, which is brilliant as it means everything is within walking distance. And of course, the generous offering of things to do and places to eat means that you'll never get bored (or go hungry!). The University itself is constantly growing in stature, being named Modern University of the Year is no mean feat.
NTU is a multi cultural uni, but DMU is definitely known as a more multi cultural uni, especially black. So if your looking for a university you can relate to people more cultural

Manchester has a better reputation and generally harder courses than MMU, the courses are usually run seperatly but i've found alot of the extra-curricular activities are run together, the universities are all along the same road basically. but asking the difference between them is like asking the difference between oxford and oxford brookes.
An example would be if, like me, you applied for a course called 'Modern Languages', you'd have to specify which languages you wanted to study. If you read the prospectus (or website) it will tell you if you need to put anything down. But if you miss it, they should contact you later and ask.
