In NIFT your exams are taken in the form of juries, you have to present ALL the work you have done all semester long in that subject and explain and defend your project properly. You basically have to finish all your assignments on time, and you can’t copy paste it from anywhere, they are quite time consuming as you have to actually produce something.

Dec 14, 2021 · It's garbage, and the company also tricked me into reviewing their app for a "$30 gift card that can be used at thousands of stores" (by masquerading as a research study on Craigslist without mentioning the company name) and didn't tell me that you'd only actually have the option to use it at 2 of those "thousands of stores" based on their dumb algorithm.
With NIFT, the cost of studies are expensive, the most amount of money spent is in fabrics, which can come to lakhs of rupees, and that is apart from the course fees. Also, you need an internship and most of the college students in NIFT are hardcore drug addicts due to the high stress of performance and meeting expectations.

May 31, 2024 · In Bangalore, the campus is located in a prime area and is older, so hostel only fits first years from outside the city. Beyond that everyone goes to pgs and mostly decide to share apartments with friends, which seems to be the case at many of the older nifts. It gives a lot more freedom and teaches you a lot of life skills.
