Dec 12, 2023 · On my phone, when I open my Outlook to view emails, I get in, can see all my mail, Read, delete etc all like normal. BUT, there is a message on the screen that says "Please sign in to your Outlook.com account" and a spot to click "sign in". On my Mac, same thing.

Jun 23, 2023 · A couple of users have started having the issue that, when they go into Outlook, all the sudden "Windows Security" asks for their credentials and will not accept their Outlook credentials. Now... these are NOT Windows credentials but Outlook ones (office365) - We set up our PCs/laptops by "joining a domain" not with Windows credentials so, windows credentials never existed in the first place.

Apr 17, 2022 · Hello, I use Microsoft 365 Business Standard and I'm currently unable to login to my email account on the Outlook desktop app (Microsoft Outlook for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2203 Build 16.0.15028.20178) 64-bit) while I'm able to login on the Web App. Outlook simply says that "Something went wrong" and nothing else.

In Run window and type outlook /safe (space between 'outlook' and '/'.) If you are able to work with Outlook without any problem then the issue might be due to add-ins.
