If you find a working link your movie will be split on several parts and the site hosting each part will tell you that you can only download 1 or 2 files each hour and only if they're under certain size, the sites will also slow down your download making it take ages and will charge you money to remove these inconveniences.

They don't host the content they just provide the links. And the vast majority of the links are from various file lockers that are in the business of restricting things you can do as a free user/ not paying for premium.
