Overview. Karnataka Water and Sanitation Pooled Fund Trust (KWSPFT) within the meaning of Indian Trust Act 1882 is duly established by a Deed of Trust executed on 12th Sept. 2003. KUIDFC is the Fund Manager to the Trust. Management Agreement to this effect is entered between KUIDFC and Trust.
