IIITDM Kanchepuram currently offers a 4-year B.Tech programmes in Computer Engineering (COE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (Design and Manufacturing) (EDM), Mechanical Engineering (Design and Manufacturing) (MDM) and Mechanical (Smart Manufacturing).
