Nov 24, 2020 · Before, i can not open windows settings, windows button, notification, search box; so your first solution was impossible. I just reinstalled with my current windows OS, but i had problem with adminstrator password (its look like my password have changed because it was different with my microsoft account password that should be same for administrator password when i register).
May 31, 2021 · Go to the search box > type msconfig. Select System Configuration > go to the Services tab. Select and put a check mark on "Hide all Microsoft services" > Click Disable all. Aug 25, 2016 · Anyway, my button isn't the problem. It's software related. Fixed the problem myself. The latest Win10 update somehow corrupted the "ACPI Fixed Feature Button" system driver. I uninstalled it, ran 'sfc /scannow' in an elevated command prompt and restarted my pc (which reinstalls the driver).
