The Refund amount will be issued only through online payment to the Candidate's account. ... If the INDOS Number is generated by HIMT after booking BST & STSDSD Courses, and a request for withdrawal is received, then the fees stands forfeited. Incase a candidate is unable to attend the course, then they can only shift the course by paying the applicable shifting charges.

For certificates issued prior 31 Dec 2007, please email a scancopy of the certificate to be verified to booking@himtmarine.com
You can report such occurrence to booking@himtmarine.com. It may take upto 48hrs to get confirmation from bank. We suggest you to rebook the desired courses, so that if any extra payment is credited to us it will be refunded through cheque in candidate name at the time of course commencement.
