  2. Edabit's are cheats, I didn't like them soon as I found out they still used the python 3.6 interpreter which makes most of the string challenges valid but once you have python 3.8+ the string challenges just seem stupid.

  4. EDABIT is a SCAM. I purchased the subscription, paid in full for a year, and after a week I contacted to get a refund because the class I was going to use this for I was no longer going to take. Edabit NEVER contacted me back.

I'm self teaching teaching front-end web dev (JS, HTML, CSS) and am in the midst of building a portfolio. I was looking for a few ways to practise my JS daily and pad out my blog/portfolio, and I came across Edabit this afternoon.

I would say that edabit is a good introduction tool, and leetcode would be more of a deeper-dive learning experience, for after you finish the edabit challenges, and want to explore something more specific as intermediate learning.

  7. May 4, 2020 · Almost all of the problems on that site are solvable using short single-function solutions. If that's what you need practice with it's good, but it's not going to help you with designing larger projects.

  10. Mar 29, 2021 · I love edabit too but I second codewars. The tests are more rigorous so you won’t be able to get away with some loose solutions like you can at times with edabit. Leetcode is good too but if you’re after an earning XP type of learning then go with codewars
