How to locate the email on file with your EA account. The EA App. Launch the EA app and log in to your EA Account with your EA ID and password. Click the menu icon (it looks like 3 lines) in the top left corner of the app and select Settings. Click My Account. Click Manage. A browser window will open with a page for My Account.

Same issue but now with every game on EA app. Cannot play or even view any game information (including uninstalling the game). Cannot launch any games using their exe files either Message 6 of 238 (67,289 Views)
The EA app should locate the same install location you'd used in Origin and just verify your game files rather than installing everything from scratch. If you had changed your install location in Origin, I would just be sure to do the same after launching the EA app by clicking the menu option in the top-left corner and checking Settings > Download > Install location .

@EA_Darko i tried firefox, safari, ie, chrome, i cant contact adviser. i only see my old cases. i dont see any of the new ones i tried to make. i even tried it from my mobile network, but doesnt seem to be able to open, or contact any of you. i just need that weapon + assignment to be unlocked
I'm trying to recover my account, and they said I had to give them info to confirm it's really me. Apparently I can only do that thru live chat or on the phone. I cannot find anywhere where it says EA Live Chat OR their support phone number.
