Dec 4, 2022 · First of all, this is completely my experience and yours might be different because exam is an adaptive one and you get harder questions if you answer most of the questions that you face-up correctly. To prepare, I took 4 mock tests (from test site) which estimately graded me as 125-145, 105-145, 105-140 and 100-140 if I remember correctly.
Jun 29, 2021 · Hi, I took the Duolingo practice test for the first time and got 120 - 150 without any practice. I didn't even finish the writing part and made a lot of mistakes. I took it again twice but my scores got lower. I got 110 - 145 and 100 - 140. I felt like I did much better than the first one. I don't understand why they got lower.

I just received the results of my duolingo english test, I read plenty of reddit posts about how easily the test wouldn't get certified, that it was a scam, etc... so I thought of writting a post myself with my quite positive experience! I wouldn't say I was prepared at all to do the exam.
Sep 16, 2023 · I completed three practice tests and then took the actual test, all within a 24-hour span. Actually took the test during my normal sleeping hours to just get over with it. Lol. My practice test scores were in the 110 - 145 range, which left me feeling quite relaxed, considering that I needed a minimum score of 85+ for my purpose.

Jul 29, 2020 · I’m at ~3.5 on Duolingo and a third of the way through Language Transfer. I was wondering yesterday what level I might test at. Very little speaking practice but feeling reasonably comfortable writing and reading (and accumulating lots of vocabulary) and modestly comfortable listening as long as the speakers aren’t too fast.
