May 28, 2019 · Hi thanks for the reply. -My windows 10 is home edition. -Netflix app 6.93.375.0 its up to date by the windows store. -the download arrow is totally missing. -I cant download either movies or series. -Yes is the same account that i use in my tablet and phone. -I havent made any mayor change in my computer, i only update the thing and no more.

Apr 24, 2019 · Restarting your computer or tablet to refresh Netflix app. After reboot, check if Netflix download is working now. Sign out of Netflix. On Netflix app, click More Options > Sign Out. After a while, sign into Netflix again and see if you can download videos now. Switch or add Netflix profiles.
