All learners must register on the UGC-DEB web portal to generate a unique DEB-ID before taking admission. To generate a DEB-ID, visit the UGC-DEB web portal (https://deb.ugc.ac.in/ or https://deb.ugc.ac.in/StudentDeBID ) and generate DEB ID using your Academic Bank of Credit (ABC) ID.
