In respect of births and deaths in a hospital, health center, maternity or nursing home or other like institutions, responsibility of informing the events to the registrar is by the Institution as per Registration of Birth and Death Act, 1969.
1.Type the CRS web portal URL http://crstn.org in the web browsers Google Chrome, Firefox etc., 2.Click the certificate download menu in the home page of the CRS web portal. 3.On clicking the above, the options Birth and Death will appear. 4.To download the Birth certificate, select Birth and enter the following details.
