Mar 1, 2022 · This modpack uses a different rendering engine called Flywheel that helps with performance. Its major optimizations are disabled when you use optifine shaders. I run optifine/shaders with Create and have found that Complimentary shaders have the best compatibility out of the well-known versions.

Complementary Shaders v4 is available for every version of Minecraft all the way back to 1.7.10. There’s also Complementary Reimagined , a sort of sequel to v4. The water doesn’t look as nice (although this can be changed in the settings), and the entire shader pack provides quite a different look and feel to it, but it’s supposed to be even more performance-friendly than v4.

In regards to this my new GPU came in and I want to have some fun with shaders now. In your opinion what’s best for the settings? I have 3080ti and i7 10700k.

Anistropic filtering was force applied through nvidia game panel. Set it to "application controlled" or off.
Nov 6, 2021 · 14 votes, 17 comments. true. I'm using optifine, one down from the latest version for 1.16.5(latest has an issue with items and blocks in JEI and the quest book rendering weirdly) using the latest version of Complementary shaders and I'm running it all on an RTX 3060 ti.
Jul 5, 2022 · prolly a little late, but i found the setting. you go to materials -> integrated materials -> generated normals, and there you go! Resource pack with PBR i believe. No other way. Definitely not vanilla. Checkout vanillatweaks for 3d models texture pack no PBR needed.
