May 3, 2022 · update: Go to Quantas 'manage my booking' page and use your BA reference number and passenger last name. You can enter the passenger details and save. It will then modify your details within the BA system and let you check in.
Mar 13, 2010 · I have been able to pre-assign my seats on Virgin and AA through their sites but am unable to work out my booking reference number on the BA site to manage my booking. I have tried the Booking reference number eg 48673/S10 on my virgin holidays form and tried the 6 letter/ number reference code for their site as well eg DZC3BV and also the 6 letter record locator number that worked on American Airlines eg BXGDJE.
Alas, you cannot do it through BA.com. You can however do it through Finnair.com by entering your booking ref and hitting update your details. Ooh, that's useful to know for the future. I just had to change one as my pot luck of the wifes' two numbers in the mobile app led to me picking the wrong one.
Sep 15, 2008 · Unable to finish Advance Passenger Info on Manage My Booking. On the screen where you input your passport number, expiry date, name, and citizenship - there is NO space for the passport expiry date to input. Please check the country, which issued your passport. There is a problem with the Passport Expiry Date you have entered.
Jul 19, 2015 · Clearly the 3+ unsuccessful attempts were not made by you, but they almost certainly were made by someone, at some point. My guess is your booking ended up reusing the record locator of some previous booking that had been blocked for this reason.
Feb 2, 2024 · British Airways | Executive Club - Showing 0 avios and 0 tier points in manage my booking - I am a BA club member and have been earning tier points on my flights before. My company recently booked a few flights on BA for me, and it shows that I can earn 0 avios and 0 tier points in Manage My Booking.
Oct 22, 2006 · Greetings all: I have two upcoming flights on BA. Both have my shiny new Executive Club number on them. When in "Manage My Reservations," the second shows how many miles and tier points I will earn. The first, however, does not. I originally booked through AA, and my Aadvantage number wound up getting attached to the reservation.
Nov 21, 2017 · I had this problem on a recent booking. I managed to load the booking on the Qatar manage my booking screen, and select a special meal. Following that update, the booking then loaded fine on ba.com and the app. Not sure if the Qatar based update “fixed” it, it may have been coincidence!?! Might be worth a try?
