Aug 27, 2017 · 1. We don't have "quick accent". The verb "speak" is essential and needs the adverb "quickly." An accent cannot be quick. 2. I am not happy with the wording given. To me, it means that the accent is doing the understanding, which is not correct. What do you think? Thanks.

I am not sure about no. 1, but I think I can write, "you can use a writing instrument to write" (to check the correctness of the preposition) Confusing but, could I write "you can use a writing instrument to write with" (to check the correctness of the preposition)?
