Giro and Smith both make some highly rated MIPS helmets, but they fit slightly different. Smith uses a proprietary honeycomb material on their higher end helmets which allows impact protection while remaining lightweight and breathable.

Jun 6, 2014 · With the smith machine those two things don't happen, so they eliminate the risk. I also squat in the squat rack, because I get a better workout. My point of the other post is a doctor who profession is ACL recommend using the smith machine, so won't hurt the joint like what that bodybuilder says.

I know smith has student discounts for certain technology (rn I’m leaning more toward dell/apple). Right now I’m torn between buying an iPad w/ a keyboard and a regular computer. I’ve spent the last few years of school using an iPad to take notes, so I’m pretty used to it.
Feb 3, 2023 · Lastly, there’s nothing wrong with the smith machine, but I’d encourage you to do some dumbbell bench at least. It’s fairly safe and easy to dump. Use the dumbbells for 2 or 3 x 6-10. And on an alternate day or right after, you can do smith machine chest press for 3 x 12-15.
Smith is holding the phone with the image but people are already gathered around him and laughing about it when the clip starts. It could be that Smith is the source of the "joke" or it could be that someone handed him the phone as a "joke."
