Sep 18, 2023 · Run SADP as an administrator. Make sure you have the latest version of SADP installed. Do not disconnect / power down your camera or router after exporting the reset file. Make sure you use the reset code / XML file within 24 hours of receiving it. Disable any VPN or firewall that is running on your PC.

Apr 20, 2017 · Perhaps you would like to try to see if I'm doing anything wrong. Connect your computers LAN port to a camera port on NVR and configure a static ip address on your computer to the same as the cameras, making sure it doesn't conflict with NVR/camera (mine was 192.168.254.xxx). Open up SADP tool and you should be able to see your cameras.

Jul 15, 2019 · Ok, then you won't be able to see it with SADP because the NVR has its own Subnet IP range (for example Hikvision default subnet range is 192.168.254.xxx) and this subnet range is only accessible by logging in to the NVR. To be seen by SADP it has to be connected to a switch/network port somewhere else on the local network.
