Mar 12, 2015 · Browse the file name of the write block (wblock) using browse option. Choose the required file of the drawing containing mm units. Observe the block unit. It is displayed in millimeters but the scale factor is 0.0033. Hence the unit 1 mm is converted into 0.0033 foot. Therefore our millimeter drawing gets converted into foot here.

Dec 10, 2018 · Command -DWGUNITS & follow the prompts on the command line. There are different options for whether or not you want to scale your geometry. You might need to adjust your dimension styles separately, command DIMSTYLE. Solved: I would like to change dimension from mm to inch. all drawing is in mm.
Jan 30, 2018 · The first prompt will be for Drawing units, type in 3 (as shown on the screen) for mm, next type 2 for Decimal, then just hit enter 4 or 5 times to accept the defaults shown. Remember to always try things on a copy of the original. Always save a copy of the drawing before trying anything suggested here.
