Nov 19, 2021 · Hi Chaos Support, I have a similar problem about online licensing, I cannot activate online licensing after restarting my computer, and I follow Chaos Group support instruction and reinstall license server, finally, cannot sign in my account at all. I find my license is still available, I think it would be something wrong about my computer.

May 12, 2021 · I'm lucky enough to have a 2nd machine with Vray installled so I copied the C:\Program Files\Chaos Group\Chaos Cosmos folder to thumb drive and copied the uninstall elements to the problem machine and successfully removed the program. Then I received a stand alone installer from my support ticket and successfully reinstalled Cosmos!

Jun 6, 2022 · Hey guys. I experienced the same problem with the refused connection but I found a workaround that worked for me that I think is easier than re-installing the License Server. Just go to Start, search for Chaos Licensing Server and between the results you will find Start Chaos Licensing Server, click on it.
Mar 22, 2018 · You can check if the license settings are correct. In Unix - based OS they are set usually per user (unless a variable is set to point to a centralized location of the file, containing the license info).
