Oct 18, 2021 · Running Bluestacks 5 64-bit I was having stutters and lag on the latest update. Changed performance mode to high performance, enable high frame rate, frame rate 60 (or however high refresh rate your monitor is), seemed to have fixed it for me. My CPU and memory allocation are both on high (4 GB). Reply. Award.
