Sep 11, 2024 · JMA has a weather station in a village named Yuda a bit away from Geto Kogen. In early Feb of 2022, the snow depth of Yuda was 250cm and the snowdepth of Geto Kogen was 600cm. So, 2022 was a good season. However, in early Feb of this year (2024), the snow depth of Yuda was only 50cm (= the very worst season).
