The office of the Clerk of Circuit Court is established by the Indiana State Constitution to serve as the record keeper for the constitutionally created Circuit Court. The clerk is elected by the residents of Marshall County and is limited to serving two (2) consecutive four (4) year terms.
Applications may be picked up at the Human Resources Office located at the Marshall County Building between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. or online at www.co.marshall.in.us.
Term The Marshall County Council is comprised of seven members, four elected from districts and three elected at-large. Each serve four year terms.

Current Planning involves administering the Marshall County Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision Ordinance and related regulations. This includes processing applications for Improvement Location Permits, subdivisions, variances and other land use applications.
