Nyaa is simply a torrent tracker that anyone is free to upload to. If what you meant was are there any good groups that provide translations then yes, because pretty much every fansub group + horriblesubs (group that rips official simulcasts) uploads to nyaa.si as there is no real competition.
Mar 13, 2021 · A lot of people have been having trouble setting up RSS feeds for automating weekly anime from Nyaa. So, I decided to make a tutorial, WITH PICTURES. Note: I am using qBittorrent (you really should not be using anything else but the process should be similiar for most popular clients) and will be setting up a subscription for Attack on Titan on the Nyaa RSS feed.

Nyaa (currently) isn't a download client itself, but it can connect with and integrate with download clients like qBittorrent, rqBit, and transmission. Support for rtorrent might be added soon, since it has an API to add torrents to be downloaded.
Oct 25, 2020 · The real one was nyaa.se, and it got taken down like 3 years ago. All the other ones are just clones, and there's not really an "official" replacement. People kinda just go with whichever one tickles their fancy. However, the most popular clone is probably nyaa.si, so when people say "nyaa", that's probably what they're talking about.
Nyaa also has a lot of audio/manga/LN/game uploaders for the past decade and I can see this not changing unless nyaa starts to suck so bad that people will migrate out of it for a better alternative. That being said, anidex is a nice alternative site to post torrents at for redundancy purposes.
