Apr 23, 2024 · In the latest public offering amid a boom in European IPOs, private equity firm CVC Capital Partners is slated to go public on the Euronext Amsterdam on Friday. The firm published its prospectus on Monday, outlining a price range between $14 and $16 (€13 to €15) per share, and valuing the company from $14 billion to $16 billion.
CVC Capital Partners, founded in 1981, is one of Europe’s largest and most established private equity firms. It is active in North America, Europe and Asia and invests in strategic opportunities, growth, credit. Its secondaries business is undertaken by Glendower Capital, which it acquired in 2021.
