If you’ve purchased Oracle Cloud services, then use My Oracle Support (MOS) to log your service requests. My Oracle Support enables you to track your requests and reach out to relevant support teams who can prioritize and resolve your requests faster.
May 29, 2024 · Go to the My Oracle Support website at support.oracle.com and sign in with your Oracle account. If you see "MY ORACLE SUPPORT" next to the Oracle logo at the top of the page, click Switch to Cloud Support. Click Service Requests and then, after the page refreshes, click Create Technical SR.
