Acharya Nagarjuna University was established in 1976 by the former President of India, Shri Fakruddin Ali Ahmed in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. The university offers 68 undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the fields of Engineering, Sciences, Arts, Pharmacy, Sports and Architecture.
With campus student strength of over 5000, the University offers instruction for higher learning in 68 UG & PG programs and guidance for the award of M.Phil and Ph.D in 48 disciplines spread over six campus colleges and one PG campus at Ongole.
