- Build a Sandcastle at Compo Beach. Compo Beach is Westport's main tourist attraction and one of the best beaches in Connecticut. This lush area boasts 29 acres of park, which includes a marina, pickleball courts, a skate park, basketball courts, beach volleyball courts, a baseball diamond, a pavilion, and a children's playground.
