Oct 31, 2023 · Amazon prime app not loading on Xbox. We have hard wired my Xbox, uninstalled and installed the all. All we get was “something went wrong”. Went so far as to take the Xbox off the Amazon account to reset it. Still nothing. We select a show and the application spins for two minutes then we get a “something went wrong”.

Oct 13, 2023 · I would like to give you more positive answers, but it seems that Max and Prime Video do not support 4k on Windows, to see on 4k you must have a device compatible with 4k for those apps.
