Jul 26, 2024 · I just purchased a PC and started downloading apps. The apps work fine and play shows. However, there is no option to download a show or movie. It is the same across multiple apps and all movies and shows I hace clicked on. It seems an issue with the computer not the app. Thanks!
Hit Enter. Try launching Netflix to see if it launches. If not... Start by running the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter. Open Start > Settings > Update & security > Troubleshoot. Scroll down to the bottom. Click Windows Store Apps. Click Run the troubleshooter. When complete try opening the Store again.
