Oct 30, 2020 · I think there's a neat movie in there hampered by it being for kids. It seemed like it wanted to be a bit darker than it was until execs got involved and had to tell the production staff "uhh this is supposed to be a kids movie" and it got toned down. It's fun. I watched it for the first time since like 1997 a few weeks ago. I kind of liked it.

Mar 1, 2024 · It's not a perfect movie and the middle has pacing issues due to there being 2-3 too many characters... But good God, do some people have a hair across their ass with these movies. The "nostalgia overload!" complaints aren't warranted for this entry. It's a C- movie with a great cast and some genuine fun.

5 days ago · That's the alternate version of the movie. Basically, in that version, there's some scenes throughout the movie with Kutcher's mother mentioning that she was like his "miracle child" or something, because she kept having miscarriages, then everything's so messed up by the end that he he goes back and strangles himself in the womb, implying that that's what had happened with all the mother's previous pregnancies.

Oct 17, 2020 · And I think harmless or friendly ghosts, many of which have already been posted (ahem, Casper), have been around at least as long, and I think longer, than friendly vampires and werewolves. If ghosts are currently portrayed more often as evil than vampires are (a big if), it's probably only because it's easier to make a superhero out of a vampire.
