Dec 17, 2022 · Convenient downloader thingy that I found. It's called Locoloader. A subreddit-wide search seems to suggest no one's mentioned it before, so I figured I'd be the first. It's a data scraper, for music and videos and the like. It seems to support a whole bunch of websites (including some very NSFW ones - the link above has a full list).
Jun 12, 2020 · I use 4K Downloader and it works really well. Really handy if you want to download a whole bunch of vids in one go as well as it can download in bulk. As far as I can tell it's a completely legit program. I've even bought a license for it so I can use it without restrictions.

I'm currently scouring a few old threads looking for a consensus answer on the best YT downloader, and I've noticed that this dude has the same amount of upvotes on this exact comment in multiple months old threads (all comments were posted on the same day, 9-10 months after the original post and are all somehow near or at the top).
yt-dlp or JDownloader2. Both have their strengths. Both support single videos as well as playlists and can download the audio only if wanted. JDownloader2 has a GUI gives you a preview of what to expect and can download multiple files at the same time.
Apr 4, 2023 · qbittorrent, it’s not infected with garbage. It’s probably gotta be qbittorrent. qBittorent as it’s open source meaning you can view the code, free, no strings attached no bloatware like most of them. And overall it’s the best and the UI it’s pretty nice too. Transmission or aria2.
Just remember: if you want to search pirated material on Google, you won't have much luck. If you want to access all the websites, go to the "Yandex" search engine. Just yandex a term like : scribd downloader, and you'll get your answers.
